3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@vapofillmethod.online with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your Digistore24 order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- A short note letting us know you'd like a refund (a reason is welcome but not required)

4. How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed by Digistore24, the reseller of our products. Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank account) used at checkout.
